Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included with every order. No minimum order quantity or hidden conditions – we simply believe that delivery should be easy and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow the shipment in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Germany. Our focus is on providing the best possible local experience. If we expand to other regions in the future, we will inform our community first.
What are your return policies?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Just contact us at support@glamstadt.com and we will guide you through the process.
How long does the refund take?
Once your return is accepted, the refund is usually processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the amount to appear on your statement.
Do you accept exchanges?
