Cancellation policy

Please note that an order cannot be canceled once it has been placed, regardless of the reason. This policy applies for the following reasons:

Immediate Processing

Our fulfillment system begins processing your order immediately after confirmation. This includes picking, packing, and scheduling the shipment. This process cannot be paused or reversed.

Inventory Reservation

Each confirmed order reserves specific stock, making it unavailable to other customers. Canceling at this stage would disrupt inventory management and order processing efficiency.

Changes to Your Order

Although cancellation is not possible, we can in some cases assist with minor changes, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Possible changes include:

• Changing size or color

• Adjusting the delivery address

• Minor modifications within the existing order

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to request a change. While we cannot guarantee all changes are possible, we will do our best to assist you as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
